The maturation takes place exclusively in oak barriques.
The small barrels used for the ageing of Nastro Nero favour the contact between Aceto Balsamico and the wood, making the flavours mature and complex, creating a perfect harmony of flavours with notes of honey and vanilla.
The bottle of Nastro Nero is decorated by hand and packaged in an elegant gift box.
