        Gourmori is an e-commerce site for Emilian specialities and delicacies, the result and reward of the passion of the owner, Davide, who has been working in the food industry for over 20 years. With Gourmori, he wants to start a new project to tell the flavours of his native Parma.

        PARMA, Unesco creative city for gastronomy, is the epicentre of the Italian Food Valley and one of the destinations with the most typical products protected by quality brands in Italy: Prosciutto di Parma Dop., Parmigiano Reggiano Dop., Culatello di Zibello Dop., Fungo di Borgotaro Igp., Coppa di Parma Igp., Salame Felino PGI and many others.

        Gourmori was born from the idea of selecting the best products and their companies that are nationally known or little known but deserve attention for their quality and passion.

        Gourmori makes sure of the quality of the product by looking at the place where it is made. Whether it's the famous city of Parma or the smaller country town, knowing everything there is to know about the origins of food and the people who produce it, and discovering the stories behind those flavours is the foundation of Gourmori, because the most exciting part of any delicacy is the story behind it.

        Whether these producers are aging cheese, mixing eggs with flour or growing tomatoes, everything is always driven by an unparalleled passion.

        We choose delicacies that respect sustainable production methods, methods that respect people and animals, according to the principle of "animal welfare".

        For this reason, we have created the "Selected by Gourmori" brand, which we affix with a label to all the products we send out.
