        Final Provisions .

        Should any provision of these GTC prove to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the existence and validity of the remaining provisions. In this case, we are obliged to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. This also applies to any loopholes. Gourmori GmbH reserves the right to adapt/amend these GTC at any time. Disputes arising from these terms and conditions of sale and delivery and from contracts concluded in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale and delivery shall be governed by Swiss law.


        The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
