Gourmori GmbH will take back all unused items within 3 days from the date of delivery. The goods must be in perfect, undamaged condition, otherwise the right of return is forfeited. The period begins with the receipt of the goods. The return period is observed by sending the goods in due time. In the event of ambiguity, the timely return must be verifiable by the customer at any time, e.g. by corresponding postal receipts. The amounts paid will be refunded after deduction of the delivery costs and any fees.
The return shipment is at your expense and risk.

The offers on the Gourmori website are non-binding and subject to change. Furthermore, they are only valid if a product is still available. Small deviations of the delivered products compared to the original shown on the web are possible due to different screen settings. The illustrations and content descriptions in the Gourmori online shop are for illustrative purposes only. The delivered products may differ in detail.
Price and payment.
The price of a product corresponds to the respective indication in the Gourmori Online Shop at the time of the conclusion of the contract. The price indicated includes VAT at the current percentage rate, but not any shipping costs. These are shown separately next to the product price. Gourmori may change the prices at any time. The prices valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract are decisive for the individual order.
For customers residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, we generally offer the payment methods credit card, Twint, Apple Pay, Postfinance and Paypal. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge a fee of CHF 7.00 from the 2nd reminder and CHF 15.00 from the 3rd reminder. Reminders and invoices are sent by e-mail. Gourmori is also entitled, in the event of default in payment, to assign the claim to a third party, with consequential costs for the debtor. Morimedia Sagl reserves the right to claim further damages.

Material defects / warranty.
Upon arrival, the customer must immediately inspect the goods for defects and condition. In the case of obvious defects, objections must be made immediately by e-mail, at the latest within 3 days. Otherwise, the warranty for these defects shall lapse. As far as the legal regulations allow, liability for damages, for whatever legal reason, is excluded. In particular, Gourmori shall not be liable for indirect damage or consequential damage caused by a defect.
Conclusion of contract .
An order constitutes an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is only concluded when we dispatch the ordered goods. By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
Trademark protection, copyright .
All motifs on the textiles as well as our logo are protected by copyright. The right to publish the objects created by us lies exclusively with us.
