Refund policy

Refund Policy:

Gourmori GmbH will take back all unused items within 3 days from the date of delivery. The goods must be in perfect, undamaged condition, otherwise the right of return will be forfeited. The period begins with the receipt of the goods. The return period is observed by sending the goods in due time. In case of ambiguity, the timely return by the customer must be provable at any time, e.g. by corresponding postal receipts. The amounts paid will be refunded after deduction of the delivery costs and any fees.

The return shipment is at your expense and risk.
