The traditional Panettone Milano Flamigni is prepared according to an ancient recipe elaborated by Milanese pastry chefs.

Wheat flour, sultanas, candied fruit peel (orange peel lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice lemon juice concentrate), butter, pasteurised egg yolk, sugar, sourdough starter yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, sunflower lecithin; sugar syrup salt, wheat malt flour, natural flavours, vanilla extract from Madagascar berries.
May contain lupine, mustard, soy, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios.
