At the end of the preparation, the Gran Fondente is covered with a delicious glaze of pure dark chocolate with 70% cocoa, decorated and flavoured with flakes of very fine extra dark chocolate. The Gran Fondente is the perfect recipe for those who love Panettone Flamigni but do not want to miss out on the intense and engaging taste of pure dark chocolate. A delight for the palate that is lost in the extreme softness of the dough, the sweet glaze and the delicious and refined chocolate filling creams.
