The sweet salt of Cervia is unique in the world. Its peculiarity lies in the human factor that ensures that the harvest is directed so as to obtain a pure salt with a very low content of bitter chlorides (these include magnesium sulphate, calcium sulphate, potassium sulphate and magnesium chloride). This is why our salt is "sweet". Cervia sweet salt is also a full sea salt. Sea salt, because it is extracted from seawater; wholesome, because it is processed only with mother liquor, without the use of other additives. It is not bleached and contains no anti-caking agents. Therefore, the trace elements and the natural moisture are also preserved in the packaging.
