Fabbrica Sughi Toscana’s hare ragout is a speciality of Tuscan cuisine, prepared according to a traditional recipe using game. Tender hare meat is combined with tomatoes and selected spices to create an intense, aromatic and refined sauce. A gourmet product that reflects the authentic flavour of Tuscan tradition.
The product may be delivered with two different packaging options: either with our brand label or with the original label of the supplier Fabbrica Sughi Toscana (FST). In all cases, it is exactly the same product, made with the same recipes, ingredients, and quality standards. The quality, taste, and characteristics remain completely unchanged.

Rabbit meat 60%, tomato purée (tomato, acidity regulator: citric acid), onion, pork, wine (contains sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, juniper, sage, chilli, mixed spices.
