Seasoning with anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea.
An innovation: the first anchovy seasoning - natural, because it contains only three ingredients: Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, sea salt and vegetable fibres. Very productive because it is used instead of salt. Used cold, just enough to "coat" the whole dish perfectly while leaving the anchovies in pieces; but also warm, towards the end of cooking, so that the flavour is preserved. Has not undergone any heat treatment (which would affect properties and aroma), thanks to an innovative technology it retains its aroma and fragrance for a long time, even outside the fridge.
Ingredients
Salt, smoked anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea (37%), vegetable fibres (bamboo).

Le Acciughine is an innovative project born after twenty years of experience in the fisheries sector and in particular in the anchovy sector.
Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea are the most precious and best anchovies in the world. They are meaty, large, with tasty, sweet and pleasantly firm flesh. The processing of the anchovies, which are certified with the Cantabrian Sea anchovy brand of the Basque Country, is still done in-house and by hand: from the preparation for salting to filleting and canning.

Tips
How is it used? Instead of salt, to give a unique flavour to raw vegetables (mixed salads, tomatoes, caprese) and cooked vegetables (broccoli, potatoes, sautéed chicory); to enrich dips (mayonnaise, tuna sauce) and sauces (tomato sauce, vegetable sauce); to complete a bruschetta and give character to soups and fish and meat dishes.
