The Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. is a high density vinegar: 1.33, aged in oak barrels and able to meet the requirements of absolute naturalness of even the most demanding consumers.
The aroma is subtle with light woody notes, the taste is sweet and delicate, with a hint of pear and light saltiness in the finish.
The packaging is hand-finished with a cloth cap on which a poem by Luigi Bellei, the founder of Acetaia, about "his" balsamic vinegar is printed.
