The organic balsamic vinegar from Modena IGP "Campo del Picchio" is the young version of the organic balsamic vinegar. It is a balsamic vinegar of good viscosity, intense colour and great clarity. This balsamic vinegar has an intense aroma and is rich in notes of ripe fruit: plum, fig, pear.
Its density is 1.16. Aged in oak barrels. Free of gluten, lactose, fat and caramel.

The perfect companion for salads and fresh, cooked or grilled vegetables. Rich and velvety structure on the palate. Intense flavour with notes of ripe fruit, cinnamon and vanilla. The clearly perceptible sweet component is balanced by acetic acid notes. The sensory characteristics of this vinegar are further developed in oak barrels.
