Culatello Aurora is made from carefully selected Italian meat that is processed by hand according to ancient tradition. After dry salting, the culatello is wrapped in a bladder by our specialised charcoal makers and tied by hand. Maturing for at least eleven months in underground cellars gives this refined delicacy a unique taste that enriches the delicatessen counter and meets the taste of the most demanding consumers.
