Otellino Ceci Nero di Lambrusco is the breaking of rules, it is the power of the artist. It is an idea, a promise, a pact. In this wine there is the whole world of Lambrusco and its recognition, but there are also paths little taken by tradition that bring out the flavour of Lambrusco, and here begins the journey into the emotion of discovery, where depth and lightness are the paths that bring out the art of this wine.
Appearance: intense ruby red colour, with a rich, lively and persistent foamTaste.
Aroma: the fruity notes recall cherry and wild berries such as blackberry and strawberry. Floral hints of violet accompany the pleasantly spicy and mineral finish.

CANTINE CECI
Responsible Food Business Operator: CANTINE CECI S.P.A., Strada Provinciale di Golese 99, 43056 TORRILE (PARMA), Italy.
In 1938, grandfather Otello Ceci ran one of the most famous taverns in lower Parma. Here guests tasted the typical dishes of the tradition and tried the famous Lambrusco that Otello Ceci made with grapes from local producers.
His sons Bruno and Giovanni first felt that Lambrusco deserved great success: it was the roaring 60s and the tavern turned into a cellar.
Today, his grandchildren Alessandro, Maria Teresa, Maria Paola, Elisa and Chiara run a family business in spirit, but exporting all over the world and helping to define a new standard for Lambrusco recognisability.

Tips
Combinations: Otellino Ceci is a wine that can play with countless combinations by varying the serving temperature. It is ideal for pairing with dishes that express a predominant fattiness, such as traditional Italian cured meats. It goes well with well-structured pasta and risotto dishes as well as medium aged cheeses or grilled meats. It is also ideally suited as a meditation wine.
