Bruno e le Rose is a journey into the world of taste, a constant surprise that we discover with every sip. It is a fast ride through the sweetness of wine, an exhausting journey between fresh, tasty climbs and long, fascinating descents. Slowing down and speeding up to enjoy sips that we wish would never end. It is up to us to experience the emotions of this sparkling wine, as elegant as a red rose, as lively as a motorbike ride through the hills of Parma.
Appearance: ruby red colour, compact and light perlage.
Nose: the fruity entrance of sour cherry, cherry, plum and berries welcomes sensitive herbal notes. The spiciness and the light balsamic presence give us an elegant and curved nose.
Grape variety: Lambrusco 85% and Pinot Noir 15%

In 1938, grandfather Otello Ceci ran one of the most famous taverns in lower Parma. Here guests tasted the typical dishes of the tradition and tried the famous Lambrusco that Otello Ceci made with grapes from local producers.
His sons Bruno and Giovanni first felt that Lambrusco deserved great success: it was the roaring 60s and the tavern turned into a cellar.
Today, his grandchildren Alessandro, Maria Teresa, Maria Paola, Elisa and Chiara run a family business in spirit, but exporting all over the world and helping to define a new standard for Lambrusco recognisability.
