This is a delicate and aromatic pâté: the acidity and freshness of the lemons combine with the spiciness of the capers and the full and rich flavour of the Cantabrian anchovies. A pleasure to spread, it has a strong fragrance accompanied by acidic but delicate notes of lemon and zesty capers
It adds a refined touch to the simplest and quickest dishes.
Ingredients
Sunflower oil, water, seasoned anchovies 10%, lemon juice 10%, vegetable fibre, salted capers 7% (capers 85%, salt), guar, garlic, spices, acidity regulator: lactic acid.

Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea are the most precious and best anchovies in the world. They are meaty, large, with tasty, sweet and pleasantly firm flesh. The processing of the anchovies, which are certified with the Cantabrian Sea anchovy brand of the Basque Country, is still done in-house and by hand: from the preparation for salting to filleting and canning.
