The peeled tomatoes are made from ripe, juicy tomatoes. The skins are carefully removed under steam and then the tomatoes are dipped in a creamy tomato sauce. Because of their consistency, they are perfect for different preparations: for strained tomatoes, whole or cut up. If the raw material is of good quality, you don't need more.
