Premium porcini mushrooms sliced and trifolded according to the historic prontofresco recipe. It is characterised by the presence of a rich cream with the fragrance of fresh mushrooms, which enhances any porcini dish. Excellent as a condiment for fresh pasta dishes or as a side dish.
