Bakery product with extra virgin olive oil
Olive oil (12%) and sesame seeds.
Crispy, hand-shaped breads. Here are Bibanesi with the unmistakable fragrance that only the love for the real things of those who have been baking bread for four generations can give them. The dough, made with flour rich in gluten and precious extra virgin olive oil and without the addition of preservatives, has to rise for over 18 hours: a very slow process of "long fermentation". At this stage, the bibanesi are shaped and stretched by hand. Finally, they are dusted with sesame seeds to further enhance their distinctive flavour.
Ingredients
Wheat flour - Extra virgin olive oil (12%) - Lard - Sea salt - Barley malt - Wheat malt flour - Yeast - Sesame seeds on the surface (0.2%).
May contain traces of soy and mustard.

BIBANESI
Responsible food business operator: Da Re SPA a Socio Unico, Via Borgo Nobili 9, 31010 Bibano di Godega S.U. (TV) - Italy.
For generations, the company has boasted an ancient tradition in the production of typical Venetian bread.
Expanded several times and completely renovated in the 1970s, it was then one of the largest bakeries in the north-east of the country in terms of the quantity and quality of bread produced, without losing its importance as a food company dedicated to the production of traditional Venetian artisan products.
