Tasting
Greenish-yellow with straw reflections. Numerous and persistent perlage. The fruity and citrusy olfactory baggage takes place on notes of lime and grapefruit, then on floral aromas of acacia and elderberry. The taste is pleasantly delicious, warm and soft, with freshness and flavour that remain impressive on the palate for a long time. It closes with elegant hints of lime, imbued with an almost chalky minerality.
