Salame Felino IGP by Cavalier Umberto Boschi, result of many years of experience, from selected meats from the best Italian farms.
Aged means mature, ripe, i.e. harder. how to prepare a STAGIONATO Salame Felino IGP seasoned in slices: wet it with water or wrap the salami in a wet cloth for ten minutes.
The carefully cleaned meat, to which salt and pepper have been expertly added according to a traditional and secret family recipe, is wrapped in natural casing and tied by hand to complete the "journey" with a perfect maturation, giving rise to generation after generation of the unmistakable, soft, fragrant, sweet and tender salami.
Salame Felino must be sliced with a knife at an angle like the mouthpiece of a flute, the thickness of the slices is the size of a peppercorn

Tips
Salami Felino IGP is ideal for preparing starters and aperitifs, in combination with fresh vegetables, bread or breadsticks and Parmesan cheese. It can also be combined with delicate sauces that do not mask its fine flavour and aroma.
