Pacchero di Canossa is made from a selection of 100% Italian durum wheat from the Ferrara area. Drawing with bronze wire gives the pasta a distinctive colour, roughness and full-bodied texture, which in the case of Pacchero is enhanced by the internal fluting that makes the sauce adhere better to the pasta, creating a distinctive combination.

Tips
The paccheri are very versatile: they can be topped with fish sauces, sauces, meat and vegetables and also stuffed; they are also ideal for baking.
Cooking time: Cook in boiling water for 13-14 minutes.
