The flavours are born in the Emilia-Romagna region.

The search for the origin. The quest for the unadulterated and pure happiness of life, just as you experience it when you come into the world as a child. The curiosity that gives you impressions you will never forget. These impressions include all the beautiful taste experiences. The fabulous nocciola from the gelateria right next to the piazza. The big, fat drop of aceto that Aunt Maria-Rosa plopped from the magic potion bottle onto a fresh strawberry. The pranzo in the trattoria, the family meals outside in the garden, the get-togethers and enjoyments with friends and family. Or the errands as a child to quickly pick up some Parmiggiano stagionato, divine mortadella or Parma ham. The incomparable aroma exuded by the wonderful prosciutti that seem to hang from the skies of the world's most beautiful butcher's shops. Il paradiso su terra!

The scents, the colours, these tastes and the positive atmosphere of pure enjoyment of life, as I absorbed them in my youth of Emilia-Romagna, are still part of my daily life. They are mystery, magic and a delight I cannot be without. They are what I want to guard, nurture and, above all, pass on.

Gourmori is my platform, is the stage on which I want to bring you closer to these original good and unadulterated pleasures. I want to share them with you, as I regularly experience at the table in Emilia-Romagna.

With all my passion, I will give you access to the specialities that you won't find in the Piazza Grande. On Gourmori you will find hand-picked delicacies that I have found during my years of searching for the best that my home region has to offer.
