HISTORY OF THE COMPANY.
The company was born in the 70s as a family business thanks to the valuable work of grandfather Nonno Nazzaro.
After obtaining the recognition "Tradizione e Sapori di Modena" (Tradition and Taste of Modena) from the Chamber of Commerce, the company started to produce and market the typical product: "la Carsenta".
The company has been producing the "Tigella" and "Gnocco fritto" flatbreads for over 20 years, following the old recipe of Nonno Nazzaro and Nonna Maria.
Today, the company is in the hands of the third generation with the aim of investing in the development of new products while remaining faithful to tradition and the roots, using only simple, authentic and natural ingredients of the area.
