Le Tamerici is where gastronomic tradition meets research and innovation—a unique world dedicated to the passion for local heritage and food culture in all its forms.
Founded in 1991 by Paola Calciolari, the company produces premium-quality preserves, particularly jams and traditional Italian mostarda. It revives local ingredients from the Mantua area that have almost been forgotten, such as the Campanina apple and white watermelon, while also making use of unusual ingredients for candying, including green tomatoes and pumpkin.
Every ingredient is carefully selected and processed fresh, following specific methods and production times that preserve its natural colors and flavors, without the use of preservatives, additives, thickeners, or antioxidants.
